Last night, Kaspars Daugavins appeared in his second career NHL game with the Ottawa Senators. He was called up on October 24 due to the injury to Daniel Alfredsson. The Latvian native played 15:25 in the Senators’ 3-2 shootout win over the Carolina Hurricanes. He made his first NHL appearanceĀ his on January 14, 2010 in a 2-0 Ottawa win against the New York Rangers.
