Gerry has been heavily involved in developing hockey players over the past 20 years. He has served as a coach at numerous levels ranging from youth through high school. Gerry also has worked intensively with young elite prospects through the Minnesota Blades and Minnesota Icemen hockey clubs.

Gerry is an honors graduate of the College of St. Scholastica, where he played four years of varsity hockey. He received his JD from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Originally from Duluth, MN, Gerry and his wife, Dana, live in Roseville, MN with their three children Sami, Joey, and Mikey.
