Forward Erik Haula agreed to terms on a two-year contract with the Minnesota Wild on Sunday.

Financial terms were not released, but the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported it is worth $2 million with Haula being paid $950,000 in the first year and $1.05 million in the second.

Haula had an arbitration hearing in Toronto on Friday and asked for $1.2 million. The Wild countered with $775,000 for one year, according to the Star Tribune. The sides settled Sunday before the arbitrator rendered a decision.

Haula had seven goals and 14 points in 72 games last season. He was selected by the Wild in the seventh round (No. 182) of the 2009 NHL Draft, and has 13 goals and 29 points in 118 games in two NHL seasons.
