Space Shuttle Discovery is set to launch from Cape Canaveral, Florida November 1st. When mission STS-133 blasts off from Launch Pad 39A, it will mark the beginning of the penultimate voyage in the storied 30-year history of the Space Shuttle program.
According to the National Aeronautic and Space Administration, “Discovery will deliver and install the Permanent Multipurpose Module, the Express Logistics Carrier 4 and provide critical spare components to the International Space Station.”
